MUSCLE PROVIDER: 
1. This is a pure protein product. 
2. Uses:
a. Post training recovery (especially when you want a caloric post training recovery source but are also wanting to lose fat).
b. Meal replacement protein drink (when other macronutrients are added - like strawberries and flax oil). 
c. It's the best protein on the market for dialing in your condition prior to competitions.
d. Improving the overall quality and quantity of your protein intake. 
3. The carbs listed on the nutrition labeling are added for the sole purpose of preventing clumpimg. But, unlike most companies, we list everything on our nutrition labeling, even if it is not intended for nutritional support. The "filler" carb we use is a medical grade, low glycemic maltodextrin compound.
4. The protein blend is the most cutting edge formulation available. It has the highest BCAA and hydrolysate content possible, as well as having real egg white protein to ramp up the bioavailability even more, while slowing absorption some for better utilization.

ULTRA SIZE AND ULTIMATE MUSCLE PROTEIN:
These are our meal replacement powders. They both contain all the macronutrients required for a "balanced meal". Both are based on the proteins found in the ultimate food for muscle growth, mother's milk. The macronutrient profile is essentially the same for both products and is designed to be highly flexible for use with a variety of different diet approaches. The protein blend used is slightly different between the two. They are interchangeable on your diet program so either one, or both, can be used as you prefer.
The main differences between the two are:
1. UMP has the addition of the critical cluster (substantial amounts of BCAA's, glutamine, arginine). So it's a better choice
if you aren't already using Glutamine Select or if you are under great stress. It has a slightly sweeter taste than US.
2. US is amazing for making awesome puddings and baked goods. It has a creamier taste than the UMP and is slightly 
less sweet tasting.
I like to keep both on hand for variety!

MASS MAKER:
This is a carbohydrate based product that also contains a moderate amount of quality protein. The carb used is a low glycemic maltodextrin compound. Mass Maker is best used: 
1. As a post training recovery drink to maximize muscle growth. It's best for the already lean person who wants to gain quality muscle.
2. It is also a very effective, calorie dense product for hardgainers when added to our other protein powders or taken along with meals to increase caloric intake.
