Other Ingredients: Dextrose (Glucose), Pure Creatine Monohydrate, L-Glutamine, Ribose, Taurine, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Alpha Lipoic Acid, Xanthan Gum and Natural Flavors, Beet extract (as color).

Contains no preservatives or artificial sweeteners.

Suggested Use:
Mix one scoop (46 g) with 8 ounces of cold water. Stir and serve. Formula mixes easily without blender; however, use blender for a refreshing shake with crushed ice and/or fruit.
